Check out Tor as well.

From what I know Tor (and most likely other anonymous/private programs) is used by people who share Child Pornography and Child Pornography is too easy to find so it is a double edged sword really.  
Censorship is a tricky thing, I don’t think the internet should be censored but I also don’t think people should have to be anonymous on the internet if they are not doing things which are harming other human beings physically but unfortunately they do.  
In all honesty I just want people to be held accountable for their actions if it involves directly harming another human being.
Although I believe violence breeds violence and locking a paedophile, or sex offender up isn’t really going to change their view in the world, I prefer it to children being harmed as children have little control over their surroundings.

Background to the photo: It was taken on the 2009 Cast Lead protest outside the Houses of Parliament in London. The gentleman was just stood by the side of the road as hordes of protesters went by, speaking to anyone who had anything to say.
